If an individual within a target GEO has opted into a specific subscription (magazine) that offers email newsletters or email content , we can target them based on attributes/interests.
An example of this would be targeting an individual who receives Home and Garden magazine and opted in for email newsletters and content with an ad for our Garden Center client.
